After arm & belly weights, I did 4, 1 minute rounds on the heavy bag. I feel & look slow, but it also felt really good. You can tell how tired I got after the first two rounds. I’m embracing all the flab, wiggles, & jiggles in these videos too, how else am I gonna make them go away? .

Haven't done this type of volume in forever. Last set was more difficult than I thought it would be, but not terribly out of range. Phone cut off of storage mid second set. Oops, that was probably my best set too.

Conventionals felt amazing in the first set. Took too long of a break and I guess the fatigue from the squat volume kicked in. Kept it light towards the end.

What up #fitfam ! Hope you’re having a good week so far. Here is a post for you guys showing some of the best exercises to perform to build the best delts possible💪🏽

I credit these exercises for helping me bring up my shoulders in the last couple of years and I think they will definitely help you guys as well.👍🏼

A couple things to remember is to apply progressive overload! What this means is try to add weight every workout or every week to test your strength and help you get stronger on those lifts. Also, make sure you are prioritizing good form. It is crucial that you use good form because these exercises are very easy to injure yourself if done poorly. So, remember to leave your ego at the door and lift what you can! And then work your way up each week to get stronger on those lifts.

Before I finish, here are a couple of pictures of me so you can kind of see the progress I made on my delts over the past couple of years. The first picture was taken back in March during my state basketball tournament, you can see I didn’t have a ton of muscle since I was basically doing 2-3 hours of cardio everyday😭 the second picture was taken about a month ago.

Here is a post for you guys showing some of the best exercises to perform to build the best delts possible💪🏽 - I credit these exercises for helping me bring up my shoulders in the last couple of years and I think they will definitely help you guys as well.👍🏼 - A couple things to remember is to apply progressive overload! What this means is try to add weight every workout or every week to test your strength and help you get stronger on those lifts. Also, make sure you are prioritizing good form. It is crucial that you use good form because these exercises are very easy to injure yourself if done poorly. So, remember to leave your ego at the door and lift what you can! And then work your way up each week to get stronger on those lifts. - Before I finish, here are a couple of pictures of me so you can kind of see the progress I made on my delts over the past couple of years. It’s been a while since I did one of these but this one I couldn’t wait for a 6 month transformation— I just had to share this man cuz it’s mindblowing! 😏Here is the Crazy thing👀

In the last 5 months Client X (I’m calling him that for privacy purposes) never actually trained with me. Not even once. We did everything over the phone. I coached him on how, when and what to eat and how to go about breaking through his plateus. .
And the crazy part is he did this with Zero exercise! The only activity he had was walking and that was it.

His diet however ☝️was on point!
I had to take him from a high carb diet to a low carb diet/Keto and put him on 2 meals a day with sometimes a snack in between. .
His calories dramatically decreased the first month of the program, which initially was mentally difficult for him to adjust to.  Regardless, With my help and his determination he stuck to his goals and actually lost over 10 pounds in the first month

A month into his program I got him on Phoenix- a fat burner from @legionath which is incredibly powerful and helped him break through his plateaus thereafter ⏩⏩⏩ For all those who are interested, a post dedicated to Legion will be up tomorrow 😏

His transformation started April 17, 2019 and today was the 5 month mark. All of his body measurements went down as you can tell by looking at his body fat, and the diameter of his stomach arms & chest etc. .
Loved seeing this guy put in a lot of work and to this day I am so proud of him. We will keep the transformation until 1 year is up.

Like I mentioned, a mentality shift was necessary for him to achieve his goals. His old ideas and beliefs changed dramatically and his behavior with food as well. He went from craving sugar all the time to not craving it at all and also feeling super confident in his body. .

Some days I REALLY struggle to find motivation. It’s one of the reasons I love social media. We don’t all have good days at the same time and being able to channel someone else’s good energy to help motivate myself really helps me get my ass moving. And I am not just talking about exercise, but anything that requires mental strength. It’s ok to admit you need some help sometimes. The most important thing is that you try a little harder every day to reach any goal you have! 💛

Took a 475 single and it moved faster then anticipated so I threw on another 10 lbs to make it 485 @ 6. For my backdown sets I took my 3x7 @ 395 @ 6. Time to keep going a crush these workouts 💪🏻

I have little t rex arms so I tried the form with arms crossed. 🤷‍♀️ could've gone up on weight , probably next time since I wanted to make sure how to do these and if I'm doing it wrong let a sista know 💪🤗
I'm definitely adding this to my workout.. I felt like it was a challenge and I'm accepting it 🤪 now time for some cardio 🙄
